Sports News: The 52nd match of IPL 2025 will be played between Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore. Both the teams will face each other at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. CSK team is already out of the playoff race. At the same time, RCB will be eyeing to almost confirm their place in the playoffs by winning the match. At the same time, this will be the second clash between these two teams this season. In the match played earlier, RCB defeated CSK at Chepauk for the first time after 17 years. But this time a big threat is looming over the match, which can spoil the fun of the fans.

Big danger looms over the RCB vs CSK match

Actually, there is a threat of rain in Bengaluru on Saturday. Due to which RCB's attempt to get 16 points and strengthen their chances of being in the top-2 in IPL 2025 can get a big setback. Let us tell you, there is a 70% chance of rain in Bengaluru for today i.e. the match. It has been raining continuously in Bengaluru for the last two days and there is a possibility of rain continuing on the day of the match as well. The effect of rain was also seen on the training sessions of both these teams. The CSK team could practice only for 45 minutes a day before the match. However, after the rain stopped, they started practice once again.

Rain Disrupts RCB's Training Session

On the other hand, Royal Challengers Bangalore had to cancel their training session due to rain. However, Virat Kohli and Devdutt Padikkal batted for about 45 minutes to an hour before the rain started. Earlier, the match played between RCB and Punjab Kings at M Chinnaswamy Stadium was also interrupted by rain. Due to which this match was played for only 14-14 overs.

Important match for Royal Challengers Bangalore

This match is going to be very important for Royal Challengers Bangalore considering the playoff race. RCB has played 10 matches so far, out of which it has won 7. It is currently at number three with 14 points. RCB now has 4 matches left in the league stage. In such a situation, it is a big contender to finish the league stage in the top-2. For which it would want to win today's match at any cost. In such a situation, if this match gets washed out due to rain, then it will be a big setback for RCB.
